How it works:

We’ll conduct a comprehensive audit.

We’ll start our consulting journey by conducting an audit of your school’s enrolment trends, processes and results to determine what’s working, what’s not, and where we see opportunities for improvement.

We’ll align your marketing tactics with your strategic plan.

Next, we’ll review your school’s strategic plan and how your marketing team can support and deliver on its big goals. Whether we’re looking to boost enrolments, shift reputation, or simply build on last year’s momentum, we’ll ensure your team has their school marketing strategy sorted for the upcoming year.

We’ll create an actionable plan (with plenty of buy-in!).

Once we know where we’re going, we’ll create a step-by-step plan to get there — one that clearly defines how you’ll allocate resources and budget, and how you’ll measure success. At this point, we’ll bring in your leadership team, getting them on board with the plan, and excited for you to get started.

While we’d love to support every school leader to meet their big marketing goals, we know that it’s essential to limit our services to a select number of clients, making sure each one gets our full attention.

Need ongoing support and mentorship?

Some schools just need Bianca to fly in, review their processes, map out an actionable plan and pump their tyres so they’re all set to go out there and kick goals themselves.

Other schools need a little more support, with ongoing mentorship for their in-house marketer.

Perhaps they’re new to the role (or to schools in general!) and you want to give them the best possible support to achieve their goals and have a positive experience. Because, the truth is, the first 12 months working in a school can be brutal. 

If this is the case, there are limited places available for ongoing mentorship, where Bianca can provide ongoing support, guidance and encouragement to empower your school’s marketer to shine a spotlight on your school.

Mentor application process

We have capacity to closely mentor a maximum of three schools each year.

When you sign on, you’ll be committing to regular online and in-person catch-ups for a period of six months (one semester).

At the end of our time together, we’ll reassess where you started, where you ended up, and whether you’d like to continue our consulting relationship on a term-to-term basis.
